FOR THE FIRST TIME IN SOUTH KAZAKHSTAN - SAKA BATH

In the ALMA-TAU mountain resort, a unique SAKA BATH has opened for the most expensive and respected guests. The Saka bathhouse has been known since the first thousand years BC. This interesting construction was made simply: a frame of poles was covered with felt, then a metal vat with hot stones was brought in and a healing mixture was prepared. Before steaming, pine needles, cedar and other fragrant plants were ground in a stone mortar and turned into a homogeneous mass filled with essential oils and aromas. And... we started the treatment process. Because the Saka bathhouse is not a "bathhouse" in the traditional sense. This is a unique therapeutic procedure. Vapors of essential oils, high temperature and special humidity of the air allow this magic cocktail to do wonders of healing and prevention. Scientific studies have also proved that a rationally constructed procedure can replace sports training, replenish the balance in the body. Add to this the maximum proximity to nature, the restoration of psycho-emotional balance and the removal of accumulated fatigue and tension over the years, and the "elixir" of your youth and health is ready!
